During their tenure as Head of Customer Success at Shipwire, Kenny contributed to the company's growth to $50 million in revenue, while maintaining a perfect employee retention rate. At Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services, they propelled revenue growth from $50 million to $150 million and improved customer satisfaction scores significantly.
