Chandni Das

Chandni Das currently holds the position of People Experience and Engagements at Mudrex since September 2022. In this role, Chandni is responsible for building and maintaining a competency framework that aligns with the company's goals and objectives by identifying key competencies for each role within the organization. Prior to joining Mudrex, Chandni worked as an Engagement Lead at SuperHuman Race Pvt. Ltd. from October 2020 to August 2022, where Chandni collaborated on a national-level project with the Government of India, managed multiple channels of communications, both internal and external, and led a team of 10+ volunteers & interns to work on the project. Additionally, Chandni also served as an Operations Analyst at the same company, where Chandni undertook similar project management responsibilities.
