John O'Callaghan

John O'Callaghan is the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Mudrick Capital Management. Prior to joining Mudrick, John was an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2007 to May 2012 and at Lone Pine Capital from June 2012 to June 2017. John began their legal career as a Legal Assistant at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP from April 2002 to August 2004.

John O'Callaghan has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University.

John O'Callaghan reports to Jason Mudrick, Chief Investment Officer. and Chester Ramos - Compliance Associate reports to John O'Callaghan. They are on a team with David Kirsch - Managing Director & Senior Analyst, Scott Bynum - Managing Director & Senior Analyst, and Shannon Cody - Business Development & Investor Relations.
