Harold Mosley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Harold started their career in 1989 as a Public Relations Specialist at Northeast Florida Safety Council, where they focused on public education for safety and health topics. Harold then moved on to roles such as Public Relations and Marketing Specialist at Suddath Relocation Systems, Marketing Specialist at Unison Industries, and Markeitng/Communications Manager at Pitman-Hartenstein & Associates, where their responsibilities included new business development and presentation development. In 2004, Harold took on the role of Director of Marketing at Hole Montes, before becoming Director of Operations at Hydro-Guard™ in June 2004. As Director of Operations, they were responsible for the management of manufacturing, sales, and marketing. In August 2011, Harold joined Mueller Co. as a Product Manager. Throughout their career, Harold has also been an active member of organizations such as the American Water Works Association and the Public Relations Society of America.

Harold Mosley received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications, with a focus on Public Relations, from the University of North Florida from 1984 to 1988. Prior to attending the university, they attended Terry Parker High School from 1981 to 1984. Before high school, Harold attended Christ the King Catholic School from 1976 to 1984, though no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during their time there. Additionally, Harold has obtained certification in "Systems and Methods for Controlling flushing apparatus and related interfaces" with US Patent 9151023.
