Michael S. Son

Michael S. Son has over 22 years of work experience in various financial roles. Michael S. is currently the CFO of JWM, a subsidiary of Mueller Industries, where they are responsible for all accounting and driving sales growth. Before that, they served as the CFO of Schneider Electric for four years. Prior to that, Son worked at Logos Logistics, Inc. as the CFO/Director of Finance and Controller, overseeing accounting and financial management. Michael S. also has experience as an M&A Team Leader at CJ Korea Express and as an Internal Auditor at Grand Department Store Co. Ltd. Son started their career as a Financial Analyst at Delta Air Lines and held other finance-related positions at ILJIN Holdings, The Dow Chemical Company, and Maeil Business Newspaper Co., Ltd. Their areas of expertise include financial reporting, budget planning, process improvement, and compliance.

Michael S. Son's education history began in 1991 when they enrolled at Korea University. Michael S. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 1998. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2005 to 2007, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Strategy.

In addition to their formal education, Michael S. Son obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA in May 2022.
