Iris Tamir

Iris Tamir has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Iris is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Mueller Water Products since January 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Organizational & HR Executive at Green Ride Ltd. from May 2016 to January 2018. Before that, they were the VP of Human Resources at SCR Engineers Ltd. from February 2012 to April 2016. Iris also worked as the Country HR Head at Nokia Siemens Networks from September 2006 to February 2012 and as the VP of Human Resources at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise from September 2000 to August 2006. Iris Tamir began their career at ECI Telecom as an HR Manager from October 1995 to August 2000. Iris also worked as a Recruiting & OD Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals from January 1990 to August 1995. Throughout their career, Iris Tamir has played key roles in establishing HR departments, setting HR strategies, supporting company growth, leading HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and supporting business objectives.

Iris Tamir received a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they completed from 1984 to 1987. Iris then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Organizational Sociology from Bar-Ilan University, which they completed from 1988 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Director from Tel Aviv University in 2016, in Leadership Coaching from Coach ME in 2005, and as a Mediator from Tel Aviv University in 2002.
