Kanishk Noel

Kanishk Noel has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and management. Kanishk started their career at Hydro One in 2007 as an intern and later worked as a Protection, Control and Telecom Engineer and a Senior Protection & Control (P&C) Supervisor. At Hydro One, Kanishk supervised teams, interacted with customers, and ensured operations and staff performance improvement. In 2014, they joined Mueller Water Products as a Director of Operations, where they led North American operations teams and made data-informed decisions for business operations. In 2019, Kanishk became the Director of Global Operations at Mueller Water Products, implementing innovation strategies to increase revenue and improve team performance. Currently, they hold the position of Product Director at Mueller Water Products, where they deliver profitable growth by integrating technology into the solution line and identifying future-thinking opportunities. Overall, Kanishk has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic vision, and a focus on achieving financial expectations and customer satisfaction.

Kanishk Noel received their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University in the years 2004 to 2009. Kanishk then pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Waterloo from 2010 to 2012. Later, they enrolled at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2018 to 2021. Kanishk also holds a certification as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) from the Professional Engineers Ontario institution. Additionally, they attended the Creative Destruction Lab in 2020 and 2021. Kanishk's primary focus of study is in the field of Electrical Engineering.
