Brian Whipps

Brian Whipps is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in patent practice and counseling, particularly within the chemical, mechanical, semiconductor, and optical fields. As a shareholder and officer at Mueting Raasch Group since October 2011, Brian has significantly contributed to the firm's operations. Prior to this role, Brian co-founded Campbell Nelson Whipps, LLC, serving as a partner from July 2006 to October 2011. Brian’s earlier career includes positions as an associate attorney at Crompton, Seager & Tufte and Merchant & Gould, as well as experience as a chemical engineer at Cargill Inc. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
