Steve Slater

Steve Slater is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in managing day-to-day operations across various industries, particularly in auto repair and food production. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Muffler Man since August 2016, Steve oversees a large chain of auto repair shops across five states. Previously, as Plant Manager at Grand Rapids Plastics, Steve managed the operations of a plastic injection molding facility, ensuring production and quality for major automotive clients. At Hearthside Food Solutions, Steve led a cereal and snack mix facility, collaborating with prominent food corporations such as General Mills and Kellogg's. Additionally, Steve spent over two decades at Roskam Baking Company as Plant Manager, managing multiple large food facilities and working with leading food companies. Steve holds an educational background from Montcalm Community College.
