Adam Hofberg

Adam Hofberg is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel at Union Bank since 1990, Adam previously held the position of Vice President and Senior Counsel. Prior to Union Bank, Adam worked as Assistant General Counsel at Security Pacific Business Credit from 1988 to 1990. Adam Hofberg holds a Juris Doctor degree from UCLA, obtained between 1976 and 1979, and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 1974.
