Laura Mack

Laura Mack, CBCP, CSBA, serves as Vice President at U.S. Bank, overseeing operational risk management, business resiliency, technology and information security, third-party risk, climate risk, crisis management, and business continuity governance, with a focus on industry regulations. Previously, Laura held the position of Vice President of Business Continuity Risk Management at MUFG Union Bank, where responsibilities included designing and implementing risk management programs across all business lines. Laura’s experience also encompasses leadership in business continuity and disaster recovery at Oaktree Capital Management and establishing the Neighborhood Council Sustainability Alliance as founder and executive director. Additionally, Laura founded Mack Consulting to manage sustainability and resiliency projects across various sectors and directed business continuity and human resources programs at Mercury Insurance. Laura's educational background includes a Global Sustainability Certificate from UCLA, graduate work in social psychology and organization development from the University of Bergen, and a B.A. in Psychology from UC San Diego.
