Tim Swan

Tim Swan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and technology leadership within the financial services sector. Tim served as Managing Director and Head of Information Asset Management at MUFG from July 2012 to June 2024, where responsibilities included developing a comprehensive data governance strategy and implementing data quality controls, resulting in significant process improvements. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of SVP, Enterprise Data Management Business Lead at MUFG, successfully reducing manual processes and quality incidents. Previous experience includes leadership roles at BlackRock and Barclays Global Investors, focusing on global distribution technology and software development, respectively. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Science and Business Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
