Dr. Kwame Adu-Gyamfi

Dr. Kwame Adu-Gyamfi, MBA, CFE, DBA, serves as the Vice Chair of the Department of Finance and Economics and an Assistant Professor of Finance at Rutgers Business School since December 2021. With extensive experience in finance, corporate strategy, and operations, Dr. Adu-Gyamfi has held various leadership roles at MUFG, including Director of GCIB Strategy & Business Operations, and Vice President positions in Business Development, Investment Banking, and Internal Audit. Previous experience includes roles at JPMorgan Chase, AIG, Brown Brothers Harriman, and KPMG LLP, where responsibilities encompassed financial controls, auditing, and quality management. Dr. Adu-Gyamfi holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Finance from Rutgers Business School, an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a BBA in Accounting & Finance from Adelphi University.
