Halisi Wolf

Halisi Wolf, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Program Manager at MUFG since August 2004, Halisi is responsible for developing and executing the enterprise-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy, along with designing learning and development programs. Previous roles at MUFG include Talent Development Consultant, Organizational Development Consultant, HR Acquisition Integration Leader, and University Relations Manager, where Halisi focused on enhancing business performance and guiding organizational initiatives. Prior experience at AT&T as a Recruiter and Program Manager included managing recruitment programs for recent graduates and summer interns. Halisi holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
