Jenny Buchbinder

Jenny Buchbinder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Mobility at MUFG since December 2007, Jenny has previously held positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas and Director of Talent Acquisition & Staffing Operations for the Americas. Key areas of expertise include talent branding, recruitment marketing strategy, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and recruiter training. Prior to MUFG, Jenny held the role of First Vice President of HR-Recruitment at Countrywide and served as the Director of University Recruiting at Arthur Andersen. Jenny holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
