John Moynihan is a seasoned professional in real estate finance and investment, currently serving as Director - Sector Lead - Real Estate Industries at MUFG since April 2023. Previously, John held the position of Director in the Real Estate & Mortgage Division at BNY Mellon from March 2018 to April 2023, and before that, served as Director of U.S. Real Estate Finance at CIBC Capital Markets. John's earlier experience includes roles at NewOak Capital as an Associate in Commercial Real Estate and internships at The Rockefeller Group and SL Green Realty Corp. Education includes a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Manhattan University.
