Leigh Tomlinson

Leigh Tomlinson serves as the Director and Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at MUFG since November 2023. Prior to this role, Tomlinson was a Recruiting Manager for M2 Data Engineering in North America at Meta from April 2022 to February 2023, where talent acquisition strategy and execution were emphasized. Tomlinson's extensive experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. spanned nearly nine years, including positions as Executive Director for Digital, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, and various roles focusing on recruiting for executive and experienced hires. Earlier career stages included a Senior Recruiter position at Michael Page and Associate Director of Talent at JRP. Tomlinson holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Psychology from Hofstra University and attended Sweet Briar College.
