Maki Melick

Maki Melick has extensive experience in project and portfolio management, primarily at MUFG from January 2004 to June 2021, where key roles included Director of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office and the Project Enablement & Control Office, focusing on process standardization and operational efficiency following significant mergers. Prior to MUFG, Maki served as a Senior Consultant at PwC Japan, managing public sector projects aimed at enhancing accounting and operational processes, and began a career in finance at Seiko Instruments. Maki holds an MBA from Rutgers University - Newark and a Master of Arts in International Relations from The University of Tokyo.
