Paul Milkman

Paul Milkman currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Americas at MUFG, having transitioned to this role in November 2023. Prior to this position, Paul held various leadership roles, including serving as an Executive Advisor at Protego Trust, where responsibilities encompassed technology and risk before concluding in October 2023. At CIT, from July 2017 to January 2022, Paul was instrumental in establishing risk management programs as SVP, CISO, and Head of Technology & Operations Risk. Paul has also contributed to governance as a Board of Trustees member for the Ontario Employee Life & Health Trust and held significant positions at TD and other organizations in the fields of technology risk and information security, including as VP for Information Security at Fannie Mae. Paul holds a BA from the University of Rochester, achieved from 1981 to 1986.
