Swaminathan Subramanian is a seasoned professional in operations and services with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Global Operations and Services at MUFG since October 2019, Swaminathan is responsible for establishing and scaling operations within the captive center, focusing on institutional operations and market operations. Previously, Swaminathan held the position of Director at MUFG India, overseeing operations for five branches and centralized functions. Prior experience includes roles at ANZ as Senior Manager of Cash Management Operations and Operations Manager for Trade Finance Operations, as well as serving as Assistant Manager in Trade Finance Operations at Citigroup. Swaminathan holds an MBA in Finance from emlyon business school and a Bachelor of Commerce from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College.
