Thao Dao is an experienced professional in the field of KYC, currently serving as KYC Team Lead at MUFG since March 2019, overseeing teams in The Netherlands and Germany. Previously, Thao held the position of Team Lead - KYC Officer at The Citco Group Limited, managing a CDD review team, and served as Project Lead/Senior KYC Analyst at Equiniti KYC Solutions, focusing on quality and efficiency in KYC analysis operations. Thao's earlier experience includes a role as a Tax Consultant at EYEY, providing advisory and compliance services, and as a Coordinator for the Overseas Vietnamese Students Association, which involved managing events related to economics and business. Thao holds a Master's Degree in Organization Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Economics from Foreign Trade University.
