Victor Mao

Victor Mao serves as Principal Cloud Engineer and Senior Vice President at U.S. Bank since March 2023. Previously, Victor held the position of Director of Cloud Engineering at MUFG, leading technology modernization initiatives and promoting cloud-native solutions for core banking and data transformation. Victor's extensive experience includes roles at Baxter International Inc. as Senior Technical Consultant, where effort was directed towards the migration of platforms to AWS, and at Allstate as Managing Architect, overseeing cloud solutions and DevOps practices. Victor's career began at Motorola and China Telecom, contributing to IT management and software engineering. Victor holds an MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a BA in Management Information Systems from Beijing Information Science & Technology University.
