Bridget V. Kearney

Bridget Virginia Kearney, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Education and Programming at the Muhammad Ali Center, where responsibilities include managing university programs focused on BIPOC first-generation college students, partnership development, program evaluation, and financial sustainability. Kearney has substantial experience in academia, holding roles such as Adjunct Professor at Jefferson Community and Technical College and Senior Research Associate at the University of Cincinnati, where efforts centered on improving reproductive health through data management and qualitative research. Previously, Kearney contributed as a doctoral researcher at the University of Louisville, examining cultural narratives within the Sudanese diaspora, and has held various instructional roles across educational institutions, prioritizing culturally responsive practices and professional development. Kearney earned a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Louisville and possesses a strong background in curriculum development, stakeholder collaboration, and advocacy in diverse educational settings.
