Rachel Luce

Rachel Luce is a seasoned professional in the behavioral health and community services sector, currently serving as the Outreach Manager at Muir Wood Adolescent and Family Services since February 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel held multiple leadership positions at Embark Behavioral Health, including Senior Director of Clinical Partnerships, Senior Director of Professional Relations, and Director of Professional Relations from October 2021 to January 2024. Rachel's earlier experience includes over a decade at The Heritage Community as a Business Development Specialist, where responsibilities included maintaining and expanding referral networks and strategic relationship building, as well as roles as Campus Supervisor and Program Supervisor focusing on staff training and resident safety. Rachel holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in General Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
