Hiroshi M.

Hiroshi M's work experience starts with their current role as a Hardware System Engineer at Mujin, Inc. where they provide technical support for production operators, improves and automates production processes, handles NG and RMA investigations, creates material drawings, introduces and implements ECRs, assists with NPI, hosts QMS meetings, and maintains/update inventory and production databases.

Prior to Mujin, Hiroshi worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Plescinia Technologies Co., Ltd., where they focused on developing new and innovative technologies in the field of 3D display technologies.

Before that, Hiroshi was an Assistant Project Manager and Research Fellow at Pacific Enterprise Co., Ltd., specializing in project management in the automotive industry and researching 3D display technology.

Hiroshi also gained experience as an Electronics Technician at HyQuest Solutions, where they repaired environmental data loggers and manufactured new product lines involving circuit board building, testing, and quality control.

Additionally, Hiroshi worked as a Production Support Technician at Electronic Navigation Ltd., where they gained experience in manufacturing fish finder transducers.

Lastly, Hiroshi started their work experience as a Sales Representative at Dick Smith Electronics, where they provided customer service, performed sales tasks, used a point-of-service system, and conducted merchandising duties.

Hiroshi M. pursued their education in the field of engineering. Hiroshi completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering at the Manukau Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2015. Following this, they enrolled at The University of Waikato, where they obtained a Postgraduate certificate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2016. Hiroshi continued their studies at The University of Waikato and completed their Master's degree in Electronics Engineering in 2018. In September 2021, Hiroshi M. also obtained the JLPT N1 certification from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT).
