Roland Groza

Roland Groza is a seasoned software engineer and cloud expert with extensive experience in leading software development teams and projects. Currently serving as Lead Cloud Engineer at Mujin since November 2024, Roland is instrumental in building the cloud platform for managing the Mujin Controller fleet. Prior roles include Head of Software Engineering at Transcelestial, where strategic direction for software development was established, and project delivery was overseen. Additional responsibilities at Transcelestial included serving as Tech Lead and Platform Software Engineer, focusing on the development of platforms for free-space optical devices. Roland's experience spans multiple organizations, including EPFL, INFARM, and Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability, with a solid foundation in multimedia design and communication gained at Business Academy Aarhus.
