With over forty years of experience in various capacities, Vipul Mashruwala today is the force behind the Alloy Steel Division’s growth & expansion into new markets, products, and capabilities. An engineering graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vipul joined Mukand in 1982 and has since risen through the ranks due to his unflinching work ethic, commitment to excellence, and passion for bringing about transformative change.

A keen observer and curious by nature, Vipul’s contributions are profound and have positively impacted nearly every facet of the company. Processes in various departments such as production, planning, sales, marketing, and even HR have benefited tremendously from his innate ability to scrutinise and dive into the details. He has played a pivotal role in the growth of Mukand’s Alloy Steel Division, making it one of the most preferred OEM suppliers to the Automobile Industry.
