Ge Zhang

Ge Zhang is the current president of the Mulan Group. Prior to this, they were the direttore at Ristorante Orientale from January 1994 to December 2002. The Zhang family moved to Italy and opened Ristorante Orientale in Cremona, one of the first Chinese restaurants in the city. The Orientale was immediately successful, and the demand for Chinese cuisine became increasingly high. The Zhangs decided to sell the restaurant and expand the concept of Chinese cuisine in Italy. They became the first Oriental company to approach Italian supermarkets.

Their manager is Giada Zhang, CEO. They are on a team with Valentina Ballotta - Junior Sales and Marketing Manager, Roberta Poccafassi - Business Development Intern, and Francesco Davò - Graphic Designer.
