Ge Zhang

Ge Zhang has been working in the food industry for many years, starting as a Director at Ristorante Orientale before becoming the Presidente of Mulan Group. At Mulan, Ge Zhang aims to share a love for ethnic cuisine and transform the consumption of Asian food into a world of stories, traditions, knowledge, and flavors. In Italy, Ge Zhang's family opened one of the first Chinese restaurants in Cremona, Ristorante Orientale, where the immediate success led to a high demand for Chinese gastronomy.
