Jo Smith

Jo Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business analysis and technical delivery. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Delivery at Mulberry England since June 2021, Jo previously held the position of Principal Business Analyst at Arcadia Group Ltd from July 2000 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing a large team of Business Analysts and leading key digital transformation projects. Jo's career also encompasses roles as a Digital IT Senior Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and various customer service management positions across different companies. Jo holds a Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology from UCL.
