With a background in quality assurance and IT from Zain, as well as managerial roles throughout their early career at the Ministry of Finance and Kuwait Airways, Salem has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and investment management. Salem holds a Master’s degree in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Kuwait University and has pursued further education in FinTech and private equity from prestigious institutions such as Duke University and Università Bocconi.
