Salem Al-Ghadhouri

Salem Alghadhoori is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Mulberry Tree Partners since January 2014, Salem previously held senior positions including Partner and Co-Founder at Global Gate Consulting Company, Vice President of Business Development at Al-Aqeelah Leasing Finance & Investment Co., and Chief Executive Officer at Pegasus Aviation Technology. With a background in quality assurance and IT from Zain, as well as managerial roles throughout their early career at the Ministry of Finance and Kuwait Airways, Salem has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and investment management. Salem holds a Master’s degree in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Kuwait University and has pursued further education in FinTech and private equity from prestigious institutions such as Duke University and Università Bocconi.
