Heather Griffin has extensive experience in customer service and administrative support, currently serving as Customer Service Team Leader at Mule-Hide Products since May 2013. Throughout their tenure, Heather has held various roles including Customer Service Representative and Receptionist & Sales Support, focusing on front desk coverage and critical support for the sales process. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates from May 2005 to May 2013 and as a Receptionist at Tricor from February 2001 to October 2004. Heather completed education at Edgewood College and holds a diploma in General Education from South Beloit High School.
