Anne E. Hernandez

Anne has 2 favorable published Court of Appeal decisions to her credit. The Hutton case helped define causation percentages for psychiatric injuries. Always with her eye on the workers’ compensation community, she started the Northbay Workers’ Compensation Association in 1994. She is the current legal advisor to COSIPA and participates in seminars throughout California.
