Edwin Javier Montenegro Munar

Edwin Javier Montenegro Munar has extensive experience in the field of information technology and digital projects. Currently serving as the IT Federation Lead for Colombia at Interpublic Group since September 2024, Edwin also holds the position of Director de Informática y Tecnología at MullenLowe Group since June 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing digital projects and managing a substantial budget. Additionally, Edwin is a co-founder of Open BI, established in July 2016, focusing on business intelligence and technology services for companies lacking these capabilities. Prior experience includes serving as Director de Informática y Tecnología at MullenLowe Group from September 2000 to June 2016, managing a team and reporting to upper management. Edwin holds a specialization in project management from Universidad del Rosario and a degree in systems engineering from Universidad Santiago de Cali.
