Lilian Zhen began their work experience as an After School Tutor at CHEONGCHOI STEMS in 2011. From 2018 to 2018, they worked as a Freelance Web Designer for Business-for-sales, where they assisted in creating a commercial real estate website using WordPress, designed marketing posts and website components using Adobe Photoshop, and implemented enhancements for the website's functionality and speed. In 2016, they joined NTR Business Group, Inc as a Data Programmer, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they gained experience in data programming. In 2021, Lilian worked as a Data Analytics Captain at COOP, and in 2020, they transitioned to Mediahub Worldwide, where they held the roles of Analyst and Senior Analyst in Campaign Insights.

Lilian Zhen's education history begins in 2013 when they enrolled at Baruch College. Lilian pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Computer Information Systems. Lilian completed their studies at Baruch College in 2016.

In 2019, Lilian Zhen took on a COOP apprenticeship in Data Analytics. This apprenticeship lasted for one year, providing their with hands-on experience in the field.

Furthermore, Lilian Zhen obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In June 2019, they acquired the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google. Later, in June 2020, they completed the Data Analytics for Business Professionals certification from LinkedIn. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to staying up-to-date with industry standards and expanding their expertise in Data Analytics.
