Michaela Gillis has diverse work experience in marketing and media. Michaela started their career as an Account Management Intern at Bright Partnerships in October 2019. Michaela then worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Juna Financial Solutions LLC from June 2020 to August 2020. In February 2021, they joined Social Studies, Inc as a Brand Experience Intern. Michaela continued to expand their skills and knowledge by becoming an Assistant Media Planner at Mediahub Worldwide in August 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Media Planner at the same company, where they have been working since May 2022. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Marketing Assistant for Boston College Athletics from August 2017 to May 2021.

Michaela Gillis completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with a minor in Marketing, from Boston College in 2021. In 2019, they also studied abroad at Boston University, focusing on Marketing. Prior to attending college, Michaela graduated from Ursuline Academy in Dedham, MA, where they received their High School Diploma. In addition to their academic achievements, Michaela has obtained several certifications related to digital marketing, including the Stukent MIMIC Pro Digital Marketing Simulation from Stukent in April 2021, the Social Media Marketing Certification from HubSpot in February 2021, the Snapchat Ads Manager Certification from Snap Inc. in January 2021, the Google Ads Display Certificate from Google in June 2021, and the Twitter Flight School Video Badge from Twitter in January 2021.
