Andrew Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. At Atos, Andrew worked as a Senior Service Manager, Continuous Improvement Lean Navigator, Acting Tower Service Manager, Team Leader, OOH Shift Leader, and First/Second Level Support. Their responsibilities included delivering services to customers, maintaining service levels, reducing costs, and mentoring team members.
Andrew Wilson obtained a Diploma in Service Delivery Management through the Advanced Global Programme at ESCP Business School from 2016 to 2017. Andrew also completed a BTEC General Engineering degree in Engineering Technology, General at Mid Cheshire College from 1996 to 1997.
