Philip MacEfield

Philip Macefield is an experienced professional in operational excellence and manufacturing processes, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Lead at Müller UK & Ireland since September 2022. Previously, Philip held various roles at Jaguar Land Rover over an eight-year span, including Launch Lead for Material Planning and Logistics, Senior Launch Leader ensuring world-class quality for new models, and Quality Engineer focused on data analysis and issue resolution. Philip's earlier experience includes positions as a Process Improvement Engineer at Nunclear Engineering Services, Advanced Manufacturing Engineer and Production Planner at GE, and Production Planning Team Leader at IMI Precision Engineering. Philip has a background in mentorship at Loughborough University and gained initial experience in engineering projects while studying at Freemans. Philip holds a BEng degree from Sheffield Hallam University.
