Michelle Morgan is an accomplished water resources engineer with extensive experience in hydrologic and hydraulic design for large-scale transportation projects. Currently serving as an Associate and Group Manager at Muller Engineering Company since February 2015, Michelle has previously held the role of Project Manager. Prior to this, Michelle led the Water Resources Regional Practice Center at SEH from August 2014 to January 2015 and worked as a Senior Water Resources Engineer at URS Corporation from January 1997 to August 2014, where responsibilities included utility design, coordination, and infrastructure development. Earlier in their career, Michelle served as a Project Engineer at BRW from 1997 to 2000. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, completed in 1994.
