Rafiq Bari has extensive experience in the electrical engineering sector, currently serving as Deputy Director GIS at Multan Electric Power Company Ltd. since April 2010, with previous roles including Addl. Deputy Director P&E and Assistant Manager in Planning & Engineering. Rafiq also contributed as a Technical Team Member for US-AID from May 2012 to March 2013 and worked as an Assistant Engineer (Maintenance) at Gujranwala Electric Power Company from November 2007 to March 2010. Rafiq holds an M.Sc in Electrical Engineering (Power) from Mirpur University of Science and Technology, an MBA from Virtual University of Pakistan, a certification in Geographical Information Systems from the Asian Institute of Technology, and a B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bahauddin Zakariya University.
