Razanah Ramadhan

Razanah Ramadhan is a dedicated professional with a strong background in human capital management and marketing communications. Currently serving as a Human Capital Senior Associate at Andalin since September 2019, Razanah has progressed through various roles within the company, including Human Capital Associate and Human Capital Intern. Previous experience includes working as a Freelance Recruiter for KPPU, managing over 8000 applicant documents. As Head of Marketing and Communications at Trisula Magazine in 2018, Razanah coordinated marketing and media efforts, ensuring successful publication outreach. Additionally, participation as a Production Volunteer for The Asian Games 2018 involved overseeing catering for over 1800 personnel. Razanah holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran, earned between 2015 and 2019.
