Clint Rutledge has a vast work experience in various leadership roles in the packaging industry. Clint started their career as a Plant Manager at Graphic Packaging International, where they oversaw secondary packaging manufacturing operations. Clint then moved to Portola Packaging, where they served as VP of Operations and later as Senior VP of Operations, leading efforts in improving operations and implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives. After that, they worked at PaperWorks Industries, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for strategic direction and operational management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at MCC Label.
