Melissa Meinke Krueger

Melissa Meinke Krueger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Melissa is currently the Vice President of Global Strategic Marketing at MCC Label, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ecolab, where they held several senior marketing positions. From January 2021 to January 2023, they served as the Global Marketing Director for Platforms & Innovation in the Food & Beverage industry. Before that, they held roles such as Senior Marketing Manager for the Food and Protein segment in North America and Canada, Senior Marketing Manager for Food & Beverage Canada, and Senior Marketing Manager for Grains, Oils, Ethanol & Food Safety Initiatives. Melissa also has experience as a Marketing Manager for Protein and as an Assistant Marketing Manager for Food and Beverage and Textile Care. Additionally, Melissa has a background in chemical engineering, with previous roles as a Principal Chemical Engineer in the Healthcare Division, Senior Chemical Engineer in Europe, and Chemical Engineer in the Food and Beverage industry. Melissa has expertise in process development for regulated products and has filed three patent applications.

Melissa Meinke Krueger holds an MBA degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they acquired between 2004 and 2009. Melissa also possesses a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Chemical Engineering and a B.S. degree in Chemistry, both obtained from the University of Minnesota. In addition, Melissa has obtained certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in December 2022.
