Sandra Bernard

Sandra Bernard has a diverse and extensive work experience in HR leadership roles. Sandra currently holds the position of VP HR, EMEA & APAC at MCC Label since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Firmenich from 2018 to 2023, where they served as VP HR in various divisions including Global Supply Chain, Global Operations, and Corporate Functions, and Human Resources Europe and India, Middle East and Africa. Before that, they were the HR Director for the Mediterranean and Africa Region at Coface in 2017. Sandra also has experience as an HR Executive & Partner at SALTOR Connecting Talent, where they provided career counseling, coaching, talent management, and leadership development services. Sandra served as VP HR Europe & Africa at General Cable from 2014 to 2016 and as HR Leader EMEA at GE Energy Industrial Solutions from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they held HR management roles at GE Oil&Gas, Novartis Spain, and GE Consumer & Industrial, where they were involved in various HR functions such as talent management, organization development, performance management, and sales reorganization. Sandra has also demonstrated expertise in HR process improvement and quality management, having worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt and HR Process Leader at GE Oil&Gas.

Sandra Bernard has a Master's degree in Human Resources from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management, which they obtained from 1994 to 1995. Sandra also holds a Bsc in Sciences and Techniques with a focus on Human Resources and Training from Université Paris 13, earned from 1992 to 1994. In addition, Sandra has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in French Language and Literature from Université Paris-Sorbonne, completed from 1990 to 1992. Sandra has also obtained certifications in "Finding Your Time Management Style" from LinkedIn in 2020 and "6 Sigma Black Belt" and "6 sigma" from GE Power in 2003 and 2001 respectively.
