Marion Salmon

Marion Salmon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organization development. Marion is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS), a leading developer of assessments and tests. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at MHS.

Before joining MHS, Marion worked as the Human Resources Leader at goba Sports Group Inc., where they played a crucial role in driving organizational growth and change management.

Marion also has experience as a consultant, operating under their own firm called Marion Salmon & Associates. Marion specialized in areas such as facilitation, coaching, team building, leadership development, change management, and organization development.

Earlier in their career, Marion served as the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development (H.R/O.D.) at Tyco, where they led change management and integration initiatives for the company. Marion also held the position of the Director of Learning and OD at CBC Television, providing internal consulting, change management, and learning and development services.

Additionally, Marion worked as the Director of HR Strategy at Torstar Corporation, a media company. Marion provided support in talent review and development, executive compensation, HR strategy development, and implementation.

Marion's career started at Enbridge, where they served as the Director of HR Business Transitions, overseeing HR activities related to business transitions for the company.

Marion also holds a certification in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator from Psychometrics Canada, obtained in March 2015.
