Randeep Kaur

Randeep Kaur currently serves as the Talent, Global Partner Enablement Manager at Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS), where responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance partner and distributor experiences with science-backed talent assessments while managing a $4M portfolio and fostering relationships with 115 global partners. Previous experience includes a role as Change Management Program Manager at Amazon, leading change impact assessments for system integration projects using Prosci ADKAR methodology, and a Management Consultant position at Accenture, where Randeep designed and implemented a global 360-leadership assessment for Microsoft and co-developed a manager program that significantly improved employee engagement and diversity metrics. Randeep Kaur is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organization Development at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing and a minor in Classical Studies from the University of Washington.
