Stephen Hodgson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Chair and Director of Multi-Medix Ltd since April 2017, Hodgson previously held the position of UK CEO and Group Board CTO at Pantheon Healthcare (now Althea) from August 2014 to April 2017, where responsibilities included P&L management and the development of integrated operations. As the Founder and CEO of Asteral Limited from August 2002 to August 2014, Hodgson led the UK's premier vendor-neutral Managed Equipment Services company. Earlier in their career, Hodgson was Head of Clinical Engineering and Physics at Whittington Hospital from June 1993 to July 2002 and served as a visiting lecturer at Middlesex University. Hodgson holds a Master of Science in Medical Engineering and Physics from King's College London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Systems from Leeds Beckett University, supplemented by business education at Henley Business School.
