Flemming Steffensen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Flemming began their career in 1998 as an Electronics Wizard at Pappagallo, where they provided electronics consulting and computer maintenance for various events. In 1987, they co-founded the user-group First Production, where they worked as an R&D Engineer, developing products for Commodore 64 and Amiga systems.

Steffensen then worked at Cobham Tactical Communications & Surveillance, Spectronic Products from 2008 to 2015, first as a System Developer and later as a Test Engineer. During this time, they played a crucial role in creating high-end mission-critical surveillance equipment.
