Courtney Vickers

Courtney Vickers is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in clinical operations and management. Currently serving as an Area Manager and Clinic Manager at Indigo Health since July 2022, Vickers previously held positions at Alignment Healthcare from December 2014 to June 2022, including Regional Manager of Clinical Operations, Operations Manager, and Regional Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing field operations for Medicare patients and managing teams of medical assistants and practitioners. Prior experience includes serving as an Emergency Medical Sergeant in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, where Vickers developed emergency response training and educated medics and first responders.
