Kjartan Thoresen

Kjartan Thoresen is an experienced professional in urban and area development, currently serving as Seksjonsleder By- og områdeutvikling at Multiconsult since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kjartan held the position of Arealplanleggjar at Kvinnherad kommune and was Avdelingsleiar within the same organization from September 2018 to January 2022. Kjartan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Geography from the University of Bergen, obtained between 2001 and 2007, and a further education course in Law from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences in 2008.
