Rodrigo's expertise includes project management, hydraulic design, energy production simulation, and hydraulic assessment across a range of hydropower projects. Rodrigo holds a Master of Science in Hydropower Development from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, along with a BEng in Civil Engineering from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
